Quality, of course, isn’t a matter of size. The 70% failure rate among the project management and consulting industry, which is largely dominated by major players, suggests otherwise.
We pledge to only undertake projects where we have the proven capacity to delivery high quality services and meet the defined expectation.
Our commitment to quality is borne out by our ISO9001 certification and our self-auditing QA system. In addition, our relationship managers regularly measure the quality of our service delivery from the perspective of the client and the project manager, to provide a thorough assessment.
And lastly, the size of the project has no bearing on the quality of our service delivery because we can reliably scale our tools, methods and collateral. |
